We take a sample of your hard-coat stucco and send it out for lab analysis so we can mix the right amount of sand, lime and Portland cement—exactly how they made it 100 years ago. Our craftsmen then clean your stucco, hammer-check it, remove any loose pieces and replace the stucco exactly the same way or better—with bonding agents and lath wire for added stability, plus finishing and recoating that gives your new stucco an up-to-20-year lifespan. At MMI, our services include investigating any possible causes for stucco damage to help prevent new cracks or failures in the future.
