Precast concrete and concrete foundations—along with decorative concrete facades, window trims, steps and column bases—were often used in historic buildings to replicate the look of stone. Over time, these concrete pieces can crack or become worn due to water exposure or seasonal freezing and thawing.

At Midwest Maintenance, these are the kinds of detailed challenges that thrill us. Some damage may need only a relatively straightforward repair or replacement of isolated areas. Others require precise measurements so we can then fabricate and install an exact replica of the damaged concrete piece, restoring it to its original glory.
