Midwest Maintenance specializes in wood shake, slate, shingle and Ludowici tile roofs, and we work directly with subcontractors for other types of roof repair and replacement, so you can rest assured your entire project is done with our careful attention to detail. That attention to detail goes as far as running a hose over your existing roof so we can pinpoint and repair any leaks or holes in the roof, flashing, caulking or other areas.
