Miami County Fairgrounds Grandstand

Major restoration was completed on the Grandstand which included the following:

Complete drainage replacement
Concrete patching throughout the whole building
Entire structure received a new paint job to include walls, ceiling, roof, & bathrooms
New metal railings
New concrete stairs poured.
Urethane coating on the bleachers and landings
New asphalt surrounding the building.
New lighting around the horse track
Installed new fans above the seating area
New lighting around the seating area
New Gutters and down spouts
